Acceptance of Terms

By using the Stablue app, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the app.

What Is the App

Stablue is a self-support app for moments of anxiety and emotional distress. It offers anxiety management exercises, a personal mood journal, and an AI-powered support chat. The app is operated by Liron Nir, an independent developer based in Israel.

Not a Substitute for Professional Care

Stablue is not a substitute for professional mental health treatment, psychological counseling, medical diagnosis, or any other professional health service.

AI Chat

The AI chat is limited to 2 messages per day for free users. AI responses may be inaccurate and must not be relied upon for medical or psychological purposes. We do not store the content of conversations on our servers. Messages are passed on for processing only, as described in the Privacy Policy.

The distress detection in the chat is a supporting tool only and does not guarantee that every emergency will be recognized.

User Account

You may use the app as a guest, or sign in using Apple, Google, or email. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen.

The app is intended for users aged 16 and above.

Subscription & Payments

Stablue offers monthly, 3-month, and annual premium subscriptions. Billing is processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless canceled before the renewal date, according to the store’s rules. You may cancel at any time through your store account settings.

The 7 days of Premium given on install are free of charge and do not convert into a paid subscription automatically.

Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google, in accordance with their policies and applicable law.

Intellectual Property

All content in the app — including text, exercises, design, and code — is our exclusive property and protected by copyright. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

Fair Use

You may not use the app for any unlawful purpose, attempt to harm the service or bypass its limits, or misuse the AI chat. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the app. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the subscription in the preceding three months.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via an in-app notice. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute shall be resolved in the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa. Before any proceedings, we welcome resolving matters directly.
