01 About Stablue
Stablue is an emotional support app โ practical tools for moments of anxiety, stress, and restlessness. The app is operated by Liron Nir, an independent developer based in Israel.
Your privacy matters to us. This document plainly explains what we collect, why, and how your information is protected.
By using the app, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
02 What We Collect
We collect only what is necessary to operate the service:
- Account details you provide, such as your email address
- Content you choose to enter, such as mood logs and personal notes
- App settings and usage preferences
- Basic technical data for operation, security, and service improvement
Parts of the app are available without signing in โ in that case, no data is stored outside your device.
03 How We Use Your Data
Your data is used to operate the service, improve your experience, maintain security, prevent misuse, and manage subscriptions and premium features.
We do not sell personal data to any third party, nor do we use it for advertising.
04 Third-Party Services
The app relies on infrastructure providers for storage, processing, and certain features. Each provider receives only the minimum data required for its function and is bound by strict data protection terms.
We do not sell, rent, or transfer personal data to third parties for any commercial purpose.
05 Data Security
We invest in high-level security: data encryption, secure communications, and strict access controls. That said, no system is completely immune, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection against every threat.
06 Data Retention
Data is retained for as long as it is needed to operate the service or meet legal requirements. Data that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymized.

Under Israeli Privacy Protection Law (Amendment 13) and applicable international regulations, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, and to withdraw consent at any time.

08 Artificial Intelligence & Third-Party Data Sharing
The in-app chat feature is powered by Google Gemini, an AI service provided by Google LLC. Before using the chat for the first time, the app requests the user's explicit consent to share the required data with Google.
What is sent to Google:
- The content of chat messages
- First name and gender โ only if the user has set these in the app's settings
What is never sent:
- Email address
- Personal journal entries
- Mood tracking data
- Contact information
- Any other identifying information
Data is transmitted encrypted to Stablue's server and forwarded to Google solely for the purpose of generating a response. Google is not authorized to use this data for any other purpose. For Google's privacy policy, see: policies.google.com/privacy.
AI responses are a support tool only โ they are not always accurate and do not constitute professional advice of any kind.
09 Disclaimer
Stablue is not a medical, psychological, or psychiatric service. Nothing in the app โ including AI responses โ constitutes a diagnosis, prescription, or medical recommendation, or a substitute for professional treatment.
The service is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. The operator shall not be liable for any damages arising from use of the service, reliance on its content, or failure to seek professional help.
10 Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
The service is provided without warranty, express or implied. Where law limits full exclusion of liability, it shall not exceed the amount actually paid in the six months preceding the event.
By using the app, you agree to indemnify the operator against any claim, damage, or loss arising from breach of these terms, misuse of the service, or infringement of third-party rights.
The operator is not liable for events beyond its reasonable control, including infrastructure failures, cyberattacks, regulatory changes, or unforeseen events.
11 Intellectual Property
All intellectual property in Stablue โ design, interface, content, concepts, and methods โ belongs exclusively to Liron Nir. Use of the app does not grant any license.
Reproducing, modifying, reverse-engineering, scraping, or making commercial use of the service without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
12 Age Requirement
The service is intended for users aged 17 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If such data is discovered, it will be deleted immediately.
13 Policy Updates
We may update this policy from time to time. For material changes, advance notice will be given within the app. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
14 Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute shall be resolved in the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa. Before any proceedings โ we welcome resolving matters directly.
